QUALITY MEETS DESIGN AT BURSA TFF

Turkish textile sector export numbers are raising. In October 2018, exports of textile products increased by 3.5 percent to $ 761.5 million compared to the previous month and increased by 6.2 percent to 8 billion 514 million dollars in the last 12 months. In 2017, the sector exported 8 billion 183 million dollars.

Uludag Textile Exporters Association (UTIB), promotes the city of textile, Bursa, with Turkish Fashion Fabrics (TFF) Multimedia Show. For the show, Bursa’s world-renowned designers like Atil Kutoglu, Selma Celik and Ayse-Ece Ege, creator of the brand ‘Dice Kayek’, joined together to promote Turkish textile with their designs.

At the Turkish Fashion Fabrics Multimedia Show, which was hosted by the UTİB, in addition to Bursa’s fabric designs, Bursa’s historical and touristic places were also emphasized. Besides the famous names of the fashion World, foreign business people and foreign press members all over the World attended the night.
