Famous designer Emre Erdemoğlu presented his 2020 Winter collection, which was named as ”Pick me, don’t pick her” (Onu alma, beni al) , and where Lila and orange merge with purple, with a magnificent fashion show.
Emre Erdemoğlu fashion show, which was held within the scope of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Istanbul Fall / Winter 2020, took place with the participation of famous people from business, art and community life.
Emre Erdemoğlu has applied Sezen Aksu’s songs and portrait in his 2020 Fall / Winter Collection. In all the details, Emre interpreted Sezen Aksu’s portrait in a graphical language and supported his collection with lyrics. He used lyrics in all of his collection with embroidery, print and weaving techniques. The designer, who showed up with different characters in his collections each and every season, this time, presents the artist he admires the most to fashion lovers in a different way.
In the collection where street style is combined with different forms, outerwears in 70’s style with oversize form, print patterned shirts, velvet suits, flying trench coats, piece-dye velvet suits, fuzzy trench coats, lilac colored long hand-knitted fringed belts, are among the details we often encounter.
The parade show of the famous designer, who will be presenting his leather collection in Italy next season, has been watched by a large audience as well as celebrities like Kerem Cem, Cem Belevi, Gökhan Türkmen, Şükrü Özyıldız, Aylin Arasıl, Zeynep Mansur.
Simge Sağın, a famous artist, made the closures in Emre Erdemoğlu’un fashion show, as a special guest.
While the music of the parade, with which the choreography was shouldered by Öner Evez and Yakup Biçer, were selected by Oben Budak, the successful fashion designer who worked with Alexander Kokoskeriya in styling, received full marks from the guests.
