Due to the market conditions in the denim sector, the use of previously predictable products continues to increase day by day. Although favorite markets have been replaced, denim will never be missing from wardrobes. Turkey is becoming more powerful in the production of denim garment every day. However, as the price policy and production quality of producers such as Pakistan, Bangladesh and Vietnam increase, the demand for finished products in the market is becoming aggressive. As a result of this raw material, which is the most important raw material to manufacturers, this pressure is redounded us up. With the added value we have created, we take our place in the market as Turkish producers.
Can you give us some information about your new strategies in production and marketing? What are your expectations from Denim Premiere Vision London?
Iskur Group has been cooperating with our existing companies and Premiere vision fairs in many years. Our Denim factory proceeds on the same path as the fresh member of the group. London, which is one of the major metropolises where denim by Denim Premiere Vision London is planning its first fair and the heart of fashion beats, is expected to reflect the exciting and dynamic spirit of denim
What do you do in order to carry your company to the future in the context of “sustainability”?
Sustainability is a very important factor for us, as İşkur Group. In all our companies, we have current investments that are increasing day by day by nurturing our special organic and sustainable projects, which are carried out by our R&D Center, with information technologies. Our new regenerated yarn plant and our special W.A.W collection consisting of products that are dyed with 80% reduced in water consumption are one of the examples of this sensitivity.
